This native cactus, known for its resilience and adaptability, thrives in challenging conditions and symbolizes strength, resourcefulness, and the ability to flourish wherever it’s planted. Meet our Founders
Founded by three close friends—Jazmin 🇲🇽, Gaby 🇲🇽🇺🇸, and Max 🇩🇪—Biznaga was born from our shared desire to help Latinos thrive abroad. We’ve all experienced life in different countries and understand the challenges and the incredible impact it can have on your career. Our mission is to help other Latinos achieve this dream by providing the support and guidance they need to succeed internationally, fostering cultural exchange, and building lasting connections.

Jazmin Molina
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Jazmin is driven by her passion for helping Latinos achieve their professional dreams abroad. Born and raised in Querétaro, Mexico, she has also lived in Germany, giving her valuable international experience and insight into adapting to new cultures. With a strong background in legal and business advisory, Jazmin leads the strategic direction of Biznaga, ensuring that both candidates and employers receive personalized support throughout the recruitment process. Her mission is to help Latin American talent succeed globally while fostering meaningful cultural exchanges.

Max Gauland
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Max blends his European expertise with his deep understanding of the Latin American market. Originally from Germany, Max has lived in diverse countries such as China, Wales, France and currently in Mexico for more than six years now. He brings extensive experience in international business, legal consulting, and foreign investment. At Biznaga, Max oversees international operations and business development, ensuring that candidates and employers are connected across borders. His dedication to building bridges between cultures and creating global opportunities is at the heart of Biznaga’s mission.

Gaby Clark
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Gaby brings a wealth of experience in international recruitment, law, and education to her role. A dual citizen of Mexico and the USA, she has lived in both Mexico, the mountains of Western North Carolina, and Ireland, giving her firsthand insight into navigating life abroad. At Biznaga, Gaby focuses on guiding candidates through the complexities of global career transitions, ensuring they receive the tools and support needed to thrive in their new environments. Her shared passion with Jaz for empowering others drives her commitment to making a positive impact on people’s lives.
